  We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is $7.99, and orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.

  Custom orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour after placement; no cancellations or modifications will be accepted once orders enter processing after the 1-hour window.

  Standard orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided the items have not been shipped. Cancellation and modification requests will not be honored for any shipped orders.

  Because personalized items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns for custom products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  Standard items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if goods are damaged, worn due to human factors, or without original packaging.
